Job Title: Export Documentation Executive Location: Near Kongu vellar school, Angeripalayam Main Road, Tiruppur Company: Thamarai Spinnning Mills Industry: Apparel / Textiles / Garments / Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 2 to 5 yearsJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Export Documentation Executive to manage and coordinate the preparation and processing of export documentation for international shipments. The ideal candidate should have a sound knowledge of export procedures, shipping terms (Incoterms), LC documentation, and export compliance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare all pre-shipment and post-shipment export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.) as per buyer/LC requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and internal departments for timely shipment execution.</li><li>Ensure compliance with customs regulations, bank guidelines, and international trade laws.</li><li>Maintain accurate and updated records of shipments and documentation.</li><li>Handle online documentation portals such as DGFT, Ice Gate, Export Promotion Council portals, etc.</li><li>Liaise with banks for document submission under LC and payment follow-ups.</li><li>Ensure timely filing of export incentives like RoDTEP, RoSCTL, etc.</li><li>Update export status reports, trackers, and MIS regularly.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / International Trade or any relevant field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in export documentation, preferably in the garment/apparel industry.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Working knowledge of international shipping documentation and customs procedures.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Performance Bonus</li><li>Exposure to International Trade Practices</li><li>Career Growth Opportunities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;8,719.84 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
