Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Export Documentation Executive to manage and coordinate the preparation and processing of export documentation for international shipments. The ideal candidate should have a sound knowledge of export procedures, shipping terms (Incoterms), LC documentation, and export compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all pre-shipment and post-shipment export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.) as per buyer/LC requirements.
• Coordinate with forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and internal departments for timely shipment execution.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, bank guidelines, and international trade laws.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of shipments and documentation.
• Handle online documentation portals such as DGFT, Ice Gate, Export Promotion Council portals, etc.
• Liaise with banks for document submission under LC and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure timely filing of export incentives like RoDTEP, RoSCTL, etc.
• Update export status reports, trackers, and MIS regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / International Trade or any relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in export documentation, preferably in the garment/apparel industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of international shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
