Job Title: Staff NurseLocation:-KannurExperience :- 1-3 Yrs in Hospital Overview: As a staff nurse, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients within a clinical setting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Patient Care:</li><li>Assessing patients' health status and needs.</li><li>Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on assessment findings.</li><li>Clinical Procedures:</li><li>Performing various clinical procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheterization.</li><li>Operating medical equipment and monitoring patient responses during procedures.</li><li>Documentation and Record-Keeping:</li><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.</li><li>Documenting medication administration and treatment outcomes.</li><li>Patient Advocacy:</li><li>Advocating for patients' rights and preferences in the healthcare decision-making process.</li><li>Addressing patient concerns and ensuring their voices are heard in their care plans.</li><li>Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive comprehensive care that aligns with their needs and values.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>GNM/Bsc</li><li>Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state.</li><li>CPR certification and additional certifications may be required based on specialty area (e.g., ACLS, PALS).</li><li>Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and organizational priorities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Nursing License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
