Location: Maniyur, Kozhikode Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Fresher or Experienced Department: Rehabilitation / TherapyJob DescriptionWe are hiring a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for our centre in Mattanchery. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans for children and adults.</li><li>Provide speech therapy sessions (one-on-one or group-based).</li><li>Work with clients having ASD, ADHD, hearing impairment, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, stroke, and other conditions.</li><li>Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, special educators, and doctors.</li><li>Maintain accurate therapy notes, reports, and progress documentation.</li><li>Guide parents/caregivers with home training activities.</li><li>Participate in review meetings and multidisciplinary planning.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>BASLP / MASLP </li><li>Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.</li><li>RCI registration (preferred; if not available, candidate should be willing to apply).</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Strong assessment and therapy planning skills.</li><li>Good communication with parents and team members.</li><li>Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach.</li><li>Documentation and report-writing ability.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
