Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for our centre in Mattanchery. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for children and adults.
• Provide speech therapy sessions (one-on-one or group-based).
• Work with clients having ASD, ADHD, hearing impairment, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, stroke, and other conditions.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, special educators, and doctors.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, reports, and progress documentation.
• Guide parents/caregivers with home training activities.
• Participate in review meetings and multidisciplinary planning.

Qualifications

• BASLP / MASLP
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• RCI registration (preferred; if not available, candidate should be willing to apply).

• Strong assessment and therapy planning skills.
• Good communication with parents and team members.
• Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach.
• Documentation and report-writing ability.
