 Position Overview:
 
 
 
 The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the daily leadership of the HR department with oversight of compliance, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and team performance. This role supports a high-performance, employee-centered culture while ensuring operational excellence.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead daily operations of the HR department and manage HR staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and third-party leave management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all employment laws and required government reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer HRIS and drive process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR strategy and cross-functional projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience leading and developing an HR team.
 </li>
 <li>
 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a people management role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with payroll, benefits, compliance, investigations, and leave administration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of employment laws and employee relations practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with HRIS systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to pivot quickly, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
