Key Responsibilities Sales &amp; Leasing Performance<ul><li>Achieve assigned leasing targets.</li><li>Create, manage, and maintain updated listings of properties for rent .</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about market trends.</li></ul>Client Acquisition &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Generate clients through networking, marketing activities, referrals, and digital outreach.</li><li>Provide professional advisory services to clients regarding market conditions, pricing, legal guidelines, and available properties.</li><li>Partner with clients to facilitate leasing transactions within the target market.</li></ul>Property Promotion &amp; Marketing<ul><li>Promote commercial properties through advertisements, digital marketing, property listings, and open-house events.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare high-quality marketing materials for listings.</li></ul>Transaction Management<ul><li>Prepare, review, and negotiate lease agreements and contracts.</li><li>Ensure all real estate transactions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential tenants or buyers.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property documentation.</li><li>Ensure all activities comply with Qatar real estate laws and the requirements of Law No. 22 of 2017.</li><li>Support clients in completing required documentation and coordinate with the company&rsquo;s legal and administrative teams.</li></ul>Internal Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with the operations, marketing, and property management teams to ensure smooth deal execution.</li><li>Provide regular reports on leads, activities, and performance metrics.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR123.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Real Estate Leasing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>
