Key Responsibilities Sales & Leasing Performance
- Achieve assigned leasing targets.
- Create, manage, and maintain updated listings of properties for rent .
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about market trends.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Generate clients through networking, marketing activities, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Provide professional advisory services to clients regarding market conditions, pricing, legal guidelines, and available properties.
- Partner with clients to facilitate leasing transactions within the target market.
Property Promotion & Marketing
- Promote commercial properties through advertisements, digital marketing, property listings, and open-house events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare high-quality marketing materials for listings.
Transaction Management
- Prepare, review, and negotiate lease agreements and contracts.
- Ensure all real estate transactions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential tenants or buyers.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property documentation.
- Ensure all activities comply with Qatar real estate laws and the requirements of Law No. 22 of 2017.
- Support clients in completing required documentation and coordinate with the company’s legal and administrative teams.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with the operations, marketing, and property management teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Provide regular reports on leads, activities, and performance metrics.
