Real Estate Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to determine property values and trends.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and investors.
• Guide clients through the negotiation, contract, and closing processes.
• Advertise and market properties through various channels, including online listings.
• Stay up to date on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with mortgage brokers, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the real estate process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and properties.
• Proficiency in real estate software and digital marketing.
• A valid real estate license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
