Retail Leasing Specialist

The Retail Leasing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and securing retail tenants for assigned properties. The role covers the full leasing cycle including lead generation, market research, site tours, negotiations, and contract finalization. The specialist ensures strong tenant relationships, accurate documentation, and timely reporting to help achieve occupancy targets and drive asset performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify potential retail tenants.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends.
• Lead property tours and manage all tenant communication.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare proposals and LOIs.
• Coordinate with legal and operations teams for contract execution.
• Maintain updated leasing reports, pipelines, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in retail or commercial leasing (GCC preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Knowledge of retail market trends and brand requirements.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.
