The Pearl Gates is one of Qatar’s leading real estate companies, specializing in residential, commercial, and luxury assets. As part of our commercial division’s expansion, we are hiring a Commercial Property Specialist – Retail to support our growing retail property portfolio across Qatar.

Role Overview

The Commercial Property Specialist – Retail will focus on sourcing, managing, and closing retail property opportunities, including shops, showrooms, kiosks, F&B units, and high-street retail spaces. This role requires strong market knowledge, hands-on fieldwork, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with landlords and commercial tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source retail commercial properties suitable for leasing or sale
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and retail business owners
• Conduct property inspections, gather listing details, and ensure timely onboarding
• Advise retail clients on suitable properties based on their business type, budget, and location preferences
• Negotiate offers, lease terms, and commercial agreements aligned with Qatar real estate regulations
• Stay updated on the retail market trends, rental benchmarks, vacancy rates, and new developments
• Manage inquiries, conduct property tours, and follow up with prospective tenants
• Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure listings are promoted effectively
• Maintain accurate records of leads, transactions, and client interactions
• Meet monthly leasing targets and contribute to the growth of the commercial retail portfolio

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Qatar’s retail and commercial real estate market
• Proven experience in retail leasing or commercial brokerage (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong fieldwork mindset with confidence to approach business owners and landlords
• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
• Ability to meet targets and maintain consistent leasing activity
