The Pearl Gates is one of Qatar’s leading real estate companies, specializing in residential, commercial, and luxury properties. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated Commercial Property Listing Agent to strengthen our commercial portfolio.

Role Overview

The Commercial Property Listing Agent will focus solely on acquiring commercial property listings across Qatar. This role involves market fieldwork, approaching landlords directly, and securing exclusive or non-exclusive listing agreements. You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding landlord needs, and ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality commercial listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential commercial properties (offices, shops, retail units, warehouses, showrooms, etc.) suitable for listing
• Visit commercial areas, scout availability, and engage landlords directly
• Present The Pearl Gates’ services and convince landlords to list their property with us
• Conduct property inspections and gather required documentation for listing onboarding
• Stay updated with commercial market trends, pricing benchmarks, and demand patterns in Qatar
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and business owners
• Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations team for smooth listing activation
• Negotiate listing terms and ensure agreements comply with Qatar real estate regulations
• Provide weekly reports on new leads, landlord meetings, competitive insights, and market activity

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Qatar's commercial real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and landlord-handling skills
• Confident, presentable, and able to work independently in a field-based role
• Ability to meet targets and maintain consistent listing activity
