Key Responsibilities

• Sell residential and commercial properties
• Generate and convert leads through networking and digital platforms
• Source and list new properties (landlords, developers, agents)
• Conduct viewings and guide clients through the sales process
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent service
• Use CRM tools to manage leads and track performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of real estate sales experience in Qatar (Arabic preferred)
• Strong Qatar real estate network
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Arabic & English
• Valid Qatar driving license
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
