The Pearl Gates is a leading real estate company in Qatar, specializing in residential, commercial, and luxury properties. As part of our growing commercial division, we are looking for a motivated Commercial Property Advisor – Industrial to handle industrial leasing and sales activities.

Role Overview

The Commercial Property Advisor – Industrial will focus on leasing and selling industrial properties such as warehouses, logistics facilities, storage units, workshops, and industrial land. This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals who excel in client handling, negotiations, and closing industrial deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage industrial property inquiries and match clients with suitable spaces (warehouses, logistics units, storage, workshops, etc.)
• Conduct site visits and present property details to prospective tenants or buyers
• Build strong relationships with landlords, contractors, and industrial clients
• Negotiate lease terms and support the closing of industrial transactions
• Stay updated on industrial market trends, rental averages, and zoning requirements
• Maintain lead records, follow up consistently, and manage client interactions
• Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure listings are promoted effectively
• Provide regular updates on client demand, stock availability, and competitive market activity
• Achieve monthly leasing and sales targets within the industrial segment

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Qatar’s industrial and logistics real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with fieldwork and conducting on-site property tours
• Target-driven mindset with consistent follow-up and activity levels
