Who We Are We are seeking a passionate team member to work both in front of the house as Boba Barista and also on the back as Kitchen staff, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee/bubble tea/deserts and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced bubble tea environment.What You Will Be Doing &middot; Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and answering questions about the menu.&middot; Customize drinks based on customer preferences, including sweetness level and toppings.&middot; Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.&middot; Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area and serving counter.&middot; Maintain inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed. Accurately process all cash and credit card payments.&middot; Operate and maintain boba tea-making equipment, such as blenders, tea brewers, and sealing machines.&middot; Follow recipes and all food safety guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation (Brew Tea, Cook Tapioca Pearls, Chop Fruits and prepare other ingredients as needed).&middot; Kitchen Duties: brew teas, prepare tapioca; taro balls and pudding; chop fruits, and cleaningWho We Recruit &middot; Full time, or part time with minimum 24 hrs per week committed.&middot; Committed to work evenings (5pm &ndash; 9pm), weekends, and holidays as needed.&middot; Committed to stay employed with us for at least 6 months.&middot; Love bubble tea and coffee or open to try!&middot; High integrity with good attendance record.&middot; Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.&middot; Energetic and great customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.&middot; Great attitude and willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.&middot; Must have a Snohomish County Food Worker Card after hire.&middot; Legally authorized to work in US.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $17.50 per hourExpected hours: No less than 15 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Lynnwood, WA 98036 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Lynnwood, WA 98036: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
