Waiter/Waitress/Front House Server

We are looking for someone reliable to join our team to work weekday and weekend shift from 10am-9:0pm.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide menu recommendations and maintain solid knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine, including pho and traditional dishes.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Bus and reset tables quickly to maintain a clean dining area.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including side work and restocking.
• Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience through attentive and personalized service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
