Whether you're mixing cocktails or engaging with patrons, your enthusiasm will be the key to elevating our guests&rsquo; experience and fostering a lively, enjoyable setting.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to promote sales and enhance their overall experience.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.</li><li>Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate transactions.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to uphold safety standards and addressing any concerns promptly.</li><li>Assist with food service when needed, including serving food and managing take out orders</li><li>Manage time effectively during busy shifts to deliver prompt service while maintaining quality standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in food service, restaurant, retail math, or hospitality environments is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Heartland POS is a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling, cashiering, and basic math accurately.</li><li>Experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is desirable.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to serve diverse clientele confidently and professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere!
