You will:<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing campaigns and funnels</li><li>Manage social media and content across multiple platforms</li><li>Coordinate marketing for listings and events</li><li>Support our agents&rsquo; personal brands and recruiting efforts</li><li>Use AI and modern tools to streamline, optimize, and improve everything you touch</li></ul>This role is hands-on. Strategy matters, but implementation is where you&rsquo;ll live most of the time.Key Responsibilities 1. Database &amp; Email Marketing<ul><li>Manage newsletters and email campaigns to:</li><li>Inbound leads</li><li>Past clients and sphere</li><li>Build segmented campaigns for buyers, sellers, and agent recruits</li><li>Ensure Follow Up Boss action plans and automations are being implemented and optimized</li></ul>2. Content, Website &amp; SEO<ul><li>Maintain and update our website</li><li>Maintain our blog and publish:</li><li>SEO-friendly blog posts</li><li>Service pages and &ldquo;money pages&rdquo; designed to convert</li><li>Create and optimize landing pages and funnels for:</li><li>Lead magnets</li><li>Buyer and seller guides</li><li>Event registrations and webinars</li></ul>3. Social Media &amp; Brand Presence<ul><li>Manage and grow our presence on:</li><li>YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, Google Business Profile</li><li>Plan and publish:</li><li>Listing marketing (posts, carousels, short-form videos, reels, stories, etc.)</li><li>Market updates, educational content, and client stories</li><li>Document day-to-day team activity and &ldquo;behind the scenes&rdquo; for social content</li><li>Promote and highlight our agents by capturing their stories, wins, and personalities</li></ul>4. Listing &amp; Print Marketing<ul><li>Handle all listing marketing:</li><li>Just listed / just sold campaigns</li><li>Property highlight videos and social promotions</li><li>Feature sheets, flyers, postcards, and sign riders</li><li>Manage all print advertising and marketing materials:</li><li>Brochures, signs, banners, event materials, mailers</li></ul>5. Events, Workshops &amp; Webinars<ul><li>Organize and market:</li><li>Home buyer workshops</li><li>Webinars, seminars, and online events</li><li>In-person client events and community events</li><li>Build registration funnels, follow-up sequences, and post-event nurture campaigns</li></ul>6. Agent &amp; Team Promotion<ul><li>Create marketing assets to support:</li><li>Agent branding and personal marketing</li><li>Recruiting campaigns and brand awareness among local Realtors</li><li>Capture photo/video content of agents and team activities</li></ul>7.
