We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator who can take our brand, listings, and agent presence to the next level—by owning and driving all things marketing so the team can stay focused on serving clients.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will own and execute our marketing strategy across digital, print, and in-person channels. You will:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and funnels
  • Manage social media and content across multiple platforms
  • Coordinate marketing for listings and events
  • Support our agents’ personal brands and recruiting efforts
  • Use AI and modern tools to streamline, optimize, and improve everything you touch

This role is hands-on. Strategy matters, but implementation is where you’ll live most of the time.

Key Responsibilities
1. Database & Email Marketing

  • Manage newsletters and email campaigns to:
  • Inbound leads
  • Past clients and sphere
  • Build segmented campaigns for buyers, sellers, and agent recruits
  • Ensure Follow Up Boss action plans and automations are being implemented and optimized

2. Content, Website & SEO

  • Maintain and update our website
  • Maintain our blog and publish:
  • SEO-friendly blog posts
  • Service pages and “money pages” designed to convert
  • Create and optimize landing pages and funnels for:
  • Lead magnets
  • Buyer and seller guides
  • Event registrations and webinars

3. Social Media & Brand Presence

  • Manage and grow our presence on:
  • YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, Google Business Profile
  • Plan and publish:
  • Listing marketing (posts, carousels, short-form videos, reels, stories, etc.)
  • Market updates, educational content, and client stories
  • Document day-to-day team activity and “behind the scenes” for social content
  • Promote and highlight our agents by capturing their stories, wins, and personalities

4. Listing & Print Marketing

  • Handle all listing marketing:
  • Just listed / just sold campaigns
  • Property highlight videos and social promotions
  • Feature sheets, flyers, postcards, and sign riders
  • Manage all print advertising and marketing materials:
  • Brochures, signs, banners, event materials, mailers

5. Events, Workshops & Webinars

  • Organize and market:
  • Home buyer workshops
  • Webinars, seminars, and online events
  • In-person client events and community events
  • Build registration funnels, follow-up sequences, and post-event nurture campaigns

6. Agent & Team Promotion

  • Create marketing assets to support:
  • Agent branding and personal marketing
  • Recruiting campaigns and brand awareness among local Realtors
  • Capture photo/video content of agents and team activities

7. Systems, Tools & AI

  • Use AI tools to:
  • Draft and refine content (posts, scripts, emails, ad copy, etc.)
  • Repurpose content across formats and platforms
  • Improve efficiency, analytics, and consistency
  • Continuously refine and document marketing processes so they’re repeatable and scalable

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience in marketing (real estate, small business, or agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong skills with:
  • Social media management tools and platforms
  • Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Follow Up Boss automations, etc.)
  • Basic media/design tools (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar)
  • Strong writing skills for social posts, emails, and basic sales copy
  • Basic understanding of:
  • Funnels
  • Basic understanding of SEO
  • Lead generation and conversion
  • Self-starter capable of taking a project from idea to execution
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Availability to capture content during day-to-day operations and events
  • Ability to attend and represent the team at events (locally in the Twin Cities)
