Key ResponsibilitiesA Dispatch and Logistics Officer typically:<ul><li>Plan and coordinate deliveries</li><li>Schedule shipments and assign drivers or transport resources</li><li>Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods</li><li>Monitor transportation operations</li><li>Track vehicles, shipments, and delivery status</li><li>Resolve delays or route issues in real time</li><li>Manage inventory and documentation</li><li>Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and delivery notes</li><li>Ensure proper handling of goods and stock levels</li><li>Communicate with stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, suppliers, and customers</li><li>Provide updates on delivery status and resolve complaints</li><li>Ensure compliance and safety</li><li>Follow company policies and local transport regulations</li><li>Ensure proper loading, handling, and documentation of goods</li><li>Optimize logistics processes</li><li>Improve routing, reduce costs, and increase efficiency</li><li>Analyze delivery performance and suggest improvements</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field</li><li>Experience in transportation, warehousing, or logistics operations (often 1&ndash;3 years)</li><li>Familiarity with local transportation regulations (especially important in regions like the UAE)</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hourExpected hours: 9.0 per weekWork Location: In person
