The Arc Erie County NY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Creative Content Manager to execute marketing campaigns, conduct market research, create promotional materials, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth campaign operations. This position plays an essential role in expanding community awareness, promoting The Arc Erie County’s programs and services, and extending the agency’s brand through creative marketing initiatives. Assists the Director of Marketing & Community Outreach.
 
What You’ll Do:

<li>Assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote agency programs, services, and events.</li>

Job Description
 Job Title: Marketing & Creative Content Manager

Position Summary: 
The Marketing & Creative Content Manager supports the Marketing & Community Outreach team by executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, creating promotional materials, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth campaign operations. This position plays an essential role in expanding community awareness, promoting The Arc Erie County’s programs and services, and extending the agency’s brand through creative marketing initiatives.  The role involves assisting in campaign planning and execution, content creation, social media management, web site updates, performance tracking, event coordination, and collaboration with both internal departments and external partners to achieve the agency’s marketing and outreach goals.
 This position involves a combination of office and community-based work, including attending agency events and community meetings as needed. Occasional evening and weekend hours are required for special events and community engagement activities outside normal working hours – 8:00am- 4:30pm Monday - Friday. This position works on-site non-remote.
 
Reporting Relationship: 
Reports to the Director of Marketing & Community Outreach. Works closely with members of the Marketing & Community Outreach team, other staff within the agency, and members of the community.

In addition to grant and donor management, this position has the primary responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing all agency fundraising events, including expanding the signature Ale Trail event, assisting with the annual appeal, and developing new community-based experiences that generate high net profit. The Coordinator will also spearhead fundraising campaigns and sponsorship strategies for Black Water Acres, The Arc’s 150-acre farm, and vocational training initiative currently under development.
 This position involves a combination of office and community-based work, including attending donor meetings and events.
