• Keep SSI, Medicaid, Medicare, and other benefits active and accurate
• Catch and fix issues before they impact individuals or billing
• Track payments, reconcile accounts, and ensure everything lines up
• Navigate systems like Social Security and Medicaid with confidence
• Work across teams to solve complex, real-time challenges

• Experience with benefits, eligibility, or financial coordination
• Strong follow-through — you don’t let things fall through the cracks
• Comfortable working with regulations, numbers, and systems
• Able to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external agencies

• You directly impact someone’s financial stability and quality of life
• Structured weekday schedule (no nights or weekends)

• Associate’s degree + 3 years related experience (or equivalent) OR
• High school diploma + 5 years related experience (or equivalent)
• Valid NYS driver’s license
