Position SummaryOffice staff provides administrative, clerical, and operational support to ensure effective and efficient functioning of TAGC&rsquo;s daily operations. This role supports the Executive Director's functions, scheduling, communication, data entry, financial tracking (Quickbooks), and general office organization.Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily office operations, supplies, filing, and recordkeeping</li><li>Answer phones, respond to emails, and support communication for all programs</li><li>Assist with scheduling, calendars, and coordination of staff training</li><li>Maintain personnel files per ADMH standards (confidential, locked, organized)</li><li>Assist with onboarding documentation and background check coordination</li><li>Support bookkeeping tasks such as timesheet collection, receipt tracking, and invoice preparation</li><li>Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and reports as needed</li><li>Assist with event coordination such as Time With Friends, EPIC, and fundraising efforts</li><li>Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA and TAGC policies</li><li>Maintain a friendly, professional environment as the first point of contact for families and partners</li><li>Support Executive Director with administrative and program tasks as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, email, printers, etc.)</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Ability to multitask in a busy environment</li><li>Experience in QuickBooks</li><li>Must pass background check, drug screen, and TB test</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (supplies, files, event items)</li><li>Ability to sit or stand for extended periods</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 20.0 per weekWork Location: In person
