We are seeking an experienced Sr. Accountant to manage financial operations for our textile manufacturing unit at Magic Linen Private Limited, Sitapura, Jaipur. The role involves handling accounts, analyzing costs, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial decisions specific to the textile industry.Responsibilities:<ul><li>- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow specific to textile production processes</li><li>- Conduct cost accounting for raw materials (fabrics, threads, dyes), production, and inventory management</li><li>- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and variance analysis for production costs</li><li>- Handle bank reconciliations, ledger management, and month-end closures</li><li>- Ensure compliance with textile industry-specific statutory requirements (GST, TDC, labour laws)</li><li>- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for accurate cost tracking</li><li>- Assist in statutory audits, tax filings, and internal financial reviews</li><li>- Analyze financial data to suggest cost-saving opportunities in textile operations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>B.Com/M.Com with relevant textile/accounts experience preferred</li><li>3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a textile/garment manufacturing setup</li><li>- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and cost accounting techniques</li><li>- Knowledge of textile industry billing, inventory valuation, and production cost tracking</li><li>- Strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>- Salary: &#8377;30,000 - &#8377;35,000 per month</li><li>- Growth opportunities in a growing textile organization</li><li>- Professional work environment with exposure to textile business operations</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;28,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 7 years (Required)</li><li>GST: 4 years (Required)</li><li>Tax accounting: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
