Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping&middot; Oversee accurate recording of all financial transactions including BPVs, CPVs, and JVs.&middot; Review bookkeeping entries prepared by the accounts team.&middot; Ensure proper recording of all receipts and business inflows.&middot; Maintain and supervise the digital documentation and filing system.2. Payments &amp; Cash Management&middot; Review and approve payment vouchers in line with approved payment plans.&middot; Monitor cash flows and ensure timely payments to vendors and stakeholders.&middot; Ensure proper documentation before processing payments.3. Financial Reporting&middot; Prepare and review weekly and monthly expense and payment reports for management.&middot; Supervise preparation of financial summaries and variance analysis.4. Financial Closing&middot; Lead quarterly, biannual, and annual financial closing processes.&middot; Ensure financial records are complete and reconciled before closing.5. Tax Compliance&middot; Coordinate with tax consultants and provide financial data for tax return filings.&middot; Ensure documentation required for tax compliance is available and organized.6. Coordination &amp; Banking&middot; Coordinate with internal departments for documentation related to transactions.&middot; Manage banking matters, including reconciliations and communication with banks.7. Team Supervision&middot; Supervise Accounts Officer(s) and guide them in daily accounting tasks.&middot; Ensure adherence to accounting procedures and internal controls.8. Miscellaneous&middot; Perform additional tasks assigned by management when required.Qualification &amp; Experience Required&middot; ACCA/MBA/M. Com/CA Inter&middot; 4 to 6 years of experience preferably in real estates, property development, project accounting or construction accounting.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounts &amp; Finance: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
