We're Hiring: Senior Accounts Officer

The Avenair is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Officer to join our Finance & Accounts team in Lahore.

Location: Lahore

Salary: Market Competitive

• Qualification:

ACCA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com

• Experience:

3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in:

Real Estate

Property Development

Construction Accounting

Project Accounting

• Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records including BPVs, CPVs, and JVs.

Manage bookkeeping and financial data entry in QuickBooks.

Process vendor, contractor, and employee payments through cheque and IBFT.

Monitor and settle employee and departmental advances.

Handle payroll processing and maintain payroll records.

Ensure compliance with withholding tax (WHT) and GST regulations.

Coordinate with tax consultants for timely filing and compliance.

Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.

Maintain complete documentation and filing records.

Coordinate with procurement, stores, and site teams for invoice processing, GRNs, and sale agreement execution.

Update daily payment plans, demand sheets, and financial adjustments.
