Senior Accountant

Position Overview
As the Accountant at HIFI NET SMC (Pvt) Ltd, you are responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the integrity of all accounting operations. Your core duties include managing bookkeeping activities, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports in compliance with applicable standards and company policies. In addition to financial responsibilities, you oversee general office administration to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating administrative processes, and supporting management with operational planning and basic financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance

• Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, expense reports, and balance sheets.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring cash flow.
• Manage payroll processing and maintain employee salary records.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, EOBI, and withholding regulations.
• Maintain organized records, both digital and physical.
• Draft internal communication, memos, and assist with policy and SOP creation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Oversee general office maintenance, supplies, and administrative needs.
• Provide support to management for operational planning and basic financial analysis.

Work Hours:
Your working hours will be from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM in Summer and 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM in Winter, Monday through Saturday.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
