Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, hands-on experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting, and advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, which is a mandatory requirement for this role. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Record, review, and process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date financial records.
• Support payroll processing and tax-related filings.
• Assist with internal and external audits and financial reviews.
• Utilize accounting software and advanced Excel functions for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and dashboards using Excel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise is mandatory, including proficiency with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, complex formulas, data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• This is an in-person position based in Lahore.
• Candidates currently residing in Lahore will be given preference.
