We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the accounting and financial operations of our Dubai-based companies from our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing management reports, monitoring cash flow, handling banking transactions, and supporting management with financial insights and business planning. The role requires a self-driven professional capable of independently managing the complete accounting function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting operations for UAE-based company.
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process supplier payments and customer receipts.
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial records.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external service providers.
- Support annual audits and provide required financial documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial data.
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Maintain accounting records in compliance with company policies and UAE business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA, CA (Part Qualified/), CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Familiarity with UAE VAT requirements is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
