Nanny / Household Support Assistant Location: Dacula, GA Pay: $18&ndash;$22 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time AvailableAbout Our FamilyWe are a busy family seeking a dependable, patient, and energetic nanny to help care for our children and support our household. We are expecting a newborn soon and need someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.Children in CareThe primary children needing care are:<ul><li>3-year-old boy (very active, energetic, strong-willed, and requires consistent supervision and redirection)</li><li>5-year-old girl</li><li>7-year-old boy</li><li>Newborn baby (arriving soon)</li></ul>Our older children are independent and generally do not require childcare.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities</li><li>Provide attentive care for the newborn</li><li>Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children</li><li>Assist with diaper changes, potty training support, and basic hygiene</li><li>Maintain a safe and organized environment</li><li>Light housekeeping related to the children (tidying play areas, children's laundry, cleaning up after meals)</li><li>Encourage positive behavior and help maintain routines</li><li>Occasional transportation to activities may be requested (valid driver's license preferred)</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Prior experience caring for multiple children, including infants</li><li>Comfortable caring for a very active toddler who requires patience and consistency</li><li>Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual</li><li>Able to remain calm under pressure</li><li>CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)</li><li>Non-smoker</li><li>Must pass a background check</li><li>Experience with newborns strongly preferred</li></ul>What We're Looking ForThis position is best suited for someone who understands that every child has a different personality. Our children are loving, intelligent, and energetic.
