Nanny / Household Support Assistant
Location: Dacula, GA
Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Available

About Our Family

We are a busy family seeking a dependable, patient, and energetic nanny to help care for our children and support our household. We are expecting a newborn soon and need someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

Children in Care

The primary children needing care are:

• 3-year-old boy (very active, energetic, strong-willed, and requires consistent supervision and redirection)
• 5-year-old girl
• 7-year-old boy
• Newborn baby (arriving soon)

Our older children are independent and generally do not require childcare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
• Provide attentive care for the newborn
• Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children
• Assist with diaper changes, potty training support, and basic hygiene
• Maintain a safe and organized environment
• Light housekeeping related to the children (tidying play areas, children's laundry, cleaning up after meals)
• Encourage positive behavior and help maintain routines
• Occasional transportation to activities may be requested (valid driver's license preferred)

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience caring for multiple children, including infants
• Comfortable caring for a very active toddler who requires patience and consistency
• Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual
• Able to remain calm under pressure
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
• Non-smoker
• Must pass a background check
• Experience with newborns strongly preferred

This position is best suited for someone who understands that every child has a different personality. Our children are loving, intelligent, and energetic. The ideal nanny will be patient, nurturing, firm when needed, and capable of creating structure while building positive relationships with the children.

Compensation

• $18–$22 per hour depending on experience
• Consistent schedule
