Nanny/Household Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Nanny/Household Manager to provide exceptional childcare and household support for a busy family. This role combines nurturing, caregiving, and organizational skills to ensure a safe, engaging, and smoothly run home environment. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, fostering their development through engaging activities and educational play
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences
• Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, nap times, and diapering for younger children
• Support children's learning through age-appropriate teaching activities, preschool curriculum implementation, and developmental milestones tracking
• Maintain a clean and organized household by performing light cleaning duties related to children’s spaces and common areas
• Administer first aid when necessary and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed at all times
• Manage household errands such as grocery shopping, laundry, and scheduling appointments while coordinating with parents on daily plans

Qualifications

• Proven experience in nannying or caregiving roles with children of various ages, especially infants and toddlers
• Strong knowledge of childcare best practices, including infant care, preschool activities, and toddler development
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for children’s dietary needs
• Experience in cleaning, organizing household spaces, and managing household routines efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers
• Compassionate, patient, energetic, and highly responsible with a genuine love for working with children
