The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and capable of executing and optimizing digital campaigns to drive measurable business growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)</li><li>Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Remarketing)</li><li>Handle Facebook &amp; Instagram Ads, including audience targeting and performance tracking</li><li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign audits</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports with actionable insights</li><li>Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates</li><li>Track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager</li><li>Collaborate with content and design teams for campaign creatives</li><li>Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and algorithm updates</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>1+ year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools</li><li>Practical experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager</li><li>Ability to analyze data and convert insights into performance improvements</li><li>Basic understanding of conversion tracking and pixels</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Google Ads / Meta certifications</li><li>Experience in lead generation and performance marketing</li><li>Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,278.85 - &#8377;20,104.39 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
