Job SummaryWe are seeking a polite, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle calls and visitors efficiently, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and messages.</li><li>Manage front desk activities and maintain a clean and organized reception area.</li><li>Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.</li><li>Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.</li><li>Coordinate appointments and meeting room schedules.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.</li><li>Maintain records and office supplies related to the reception area.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.</li><li>Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.</li><li>Attention to detail and confidentiality.</li><li>Time management and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Full-time position.</li><li>Working hours as per company policy.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
