About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Florist to join our creative team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, deep knowledge of floral varieties, and the ability to craft stunning arrangements for a variety of occasions. This role requires leadership, creativity, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for events, retail, and custom orders
• Manage inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools
• Train and supervise junior florists and assistants
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations
• Ensure floral displays meet quality standards and brand aesthetics
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Stay updated on floral trends and seasonal availability
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for fresh stock
• Handle POS transactions and assist with shop operations when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a florist, with proven design skills
• Strong knowledge of flower care, handling, and arrangement techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Creative flair with attention to detail
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
