While we share ownership and often collaborate, we operate as two separate legal entities, each with its own distinct personality, team, and guest base. You know how to turn ideas into results without unnecessary fluff or wasted spend.</li><li>Has experience in digital and local marketing - including social media, SEO, content creation, and partnerships with local businesses or attractions.</li></ul>The RoleYou&rsquo;ll support both properties by:<ul><li>Developing and executing ongoing marketing strategies tailored to each hotel&rsquo;s audience and goals.</li><li>Strengthening our online presence through social media, website updates, and digital campaigns.</li><li>Identifying and managing local collaborations and partnerships that align with our brands.</li><li>Providing insights and reports to help us understand what&rsquo;s working - and what&rsquo;s not.</li><li>Supporting creative projects (video, photography, copywriting, etc.) that reflect an authentic Seattle experience.</li></ul>Schedule, Compensation &amp; BenefitsThis is a full-time, salaried position supporting two independent Seattle properties.<ul><li>Starting salary: $81,000 annually</li><li>This role will require regular in-person collaboration between both hotel teams, as well as independent work time for planning and content creation.</li></ul>Important Note:Even though this role supports both hotels, your employment, pay, and benefits will be administered through one hotel. The salary and benefits listed reflect compensation for the entire combined role.Included Benefits &amp; Compensation:<ul><li>Medical &amp; Dental Insurance: Employer-contributed plans with a small employee monthly cost.
