This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant hospitality setting where your efforts directly enhance guest satisfaction and comfort.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment</li><li>Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with precision and care</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care procedures to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal</li><li>Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly</li><li>Assist with housekeeping management tasks including inventory control, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards</li><li>Support the overall cleanliness of the property by performing janitorial duties in hallways, lobbies, and service areas</li><li>Provide exceptional service by responding promptly to guest requests for additional items or assistance</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing and industrial cleaning methods</li><li>Familiarity with laundry operations and handling various fabrics with care</li><li>Strong understanding of hospitality standards with a focus on guest satisfaction</li><li>Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods</li><li>Excellent attention to detail coupled with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards</li><li>Relevant certifications in custodial or industrial cleaning are a plus but not mandatory</li></ul>Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through impeccable cleanliness and attentive service!
