Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment
• Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing with precision and care
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care procedures to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks including inventory control, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Support the overall cleanliness of the property by performing janitorial duties in hallways, lobbies, and service areas
• Provide exceptional service by responding promptly to guest requests for additional items or assistance

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing and industrial cleaning methods
• Familiarity with laundry operations and handling various fabrics with care
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent attention to detail coupled with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Relevant certifications in custodial or industrial cleaning are a plus but not mandatory
