Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Hiring<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT and blue-collar roles such as:</li><li>Graphic Designer, Supply chain manager, Social media manager</li><li>Store / Kitchen Staff</li><li>Warehouse &amp; Production Staff</li><li>Delivery / Logistics Personnel</li><li>Supervisors &amp; Team Leads</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, contractors, and local vendors.</li><li>Conduct bulk / mass hiring drives as per business requirements.</li></ul>2. Screening &amp; Interviews<ul><li>Shortlist candidates based on role fit, experience, and location feasibility.</li><li>Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.</li><li>Coordinate interviews between candidates and line managers.</li></ul>3. Offer, Joining &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Roll out offer letters, explain compensation and policies.</li><li>Ensure joining formalities, document collection, and onboarding are completed.</li><li>Track joiners vs no-shows and take corrective action.</li></ul>4. Vendor &amp; Consultant Coordination<ul><li>Manage recruitment vendors, staffing agencies, and contractors.</li><li>Ensure quality of hires and adherence to agreed TATs.</li><li>Validate invoices and maintain recruitment MIS.</li></ul>5. Background Verification &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Initiate and track background verification (BGV) for new hires.</li><li>Verify employment, address, and identity documents.</li><li>Maintain complete employee records as per compliance requirements.</li></ul>6. Recruitment MIS &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain daily / weekly hiring trackers.</li><li>Share hiring status, pipeline, and closures with HR and operations.</li><li>Track hiring costs and vendor performance.</li></ul>7. The role demands high ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain smooth operations for a fast-moving FMCG brand.Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse Operations &amp; Management<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day warehouse functioning, ensuring timely receiving, storage, and dispatch.</li><li>Maintain optimal stock levels of raw materials, packaging items, and finished goods.</li><li>Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed strictly.</li><li>Maintain temperature-controlled storage as required for betel leaf and paan-related SKUs.</li></ul>2. Inventory Management<ul><li>Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.</li><li>Track variances and investigate discrepancies.</li><li>Update stock levels in the inventory management system accurately.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement for low-stock or fast-moving items.</li></ul>3. Dispatch &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Plan and schedule daily dispatches for kitchens, distributors, and online orders.</li><li>Coordinate with courier, cargo, and transport partners.</li><li>Ensure all dispatches are packed correctly, labeled, and meet hygiene standards.</li><li>Maintain TAT for intra-city and inter-state shipments.</li></ul>4. Hygiene, Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure FSSAI and company hygiene standards are met at all times.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, pest control schedules, and safety protocols.</li><li>Ensure compliance with audits&mdash;internal, external, and regulatory.</li></ul>5. Team Management<ul><li>Supervise warehouse staff, pickers, packers, and housekeeping team.</li><li>Train team members on SOPs, hygiene, handling of betel leaves, and quality checks.</li><li>Create shift schedules and manage attendance &amp; productivity.</li></ul>6. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain GRNs, delivery challans, dispatch records, and stock registers.</li><li>Prepare daily MIS on stock movement, wastage, and dispatch summary.</li><li>Report shortages, damages, or operational issues proactively.</li></ul>7. Coordination with Internal Teams<ul><li>Work closely with production, procurement, quality, sales, and kitchen teams.</li><li>Support urgent shipments, campaign-based demand, and bulk corporate orders.</li></ul>RequirementsEducation<ul><li>Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of warehouse or supply chain experience (FMCG/F&amp;B preferred).</li><li>Experience managing perishable goods is an advantage.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory systems.</li><li>Good communication and team leadership skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong problem-solving attitude.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-paced operations.</li><li>Basic MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/inventory tools.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹16,555.52 - ₹50,723.81 per monthWork Location: In person
