Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain and Order Management Executive to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain and order fulfillment process. This role is critical in ensuring timely procurement, inventory accuracy, order processing, and delivery efficiency to meet customer expectations and support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Order Management:<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle from order receipt to delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.</li><li>Monitor order status and resolve any issues related to delays, shortages, or discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain customer satisfaction through clear communication and service excellence.</li></ul>Supply Chain Coordination:<ul><li>Plan and manage procurement schedules based on inventory levels and sales forecasts.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.</li><li>Track and optimize inbound and outbound logistics to reduce lead times and costs.</li><li>Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Warehouse Management:<ul><li>Ensure accurate and real-time inventory records across warehouses.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely dispatches and stock replenishments.</li><li>Identify and address inventory discrepancies, stockouts, or overstock issues.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analysis:<ul><li>Prepare regular reports on order fulfillment, inventory health, logistics costs, and supplier performance.</li><li>Analyze data to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement in the supply chain process.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., FSSAI, GST, etc.).</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation for purchase orders, invoices, shipping, and returns.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel; experience with tools like Zoho, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with attention to detail.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in FMCG, food &amp; beverage, or D2C sectors.</li><li>Exposure to working with quick commerce or e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Understanding of import/export logistics and documentation (for export-facing roles).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,052.92 - &#8377;61,612.94 per monthWork Location: In person

Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Manage and supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate maintenance of financial records.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with statutory and management requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and monitor MIS reports, profitability analysis, and business performance dashboards.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial reporting processes.</li></ul>2. Budgeting, Planning &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts for all business units.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor budget vs. actual performance and perform detailed variance analysis.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for cost optimization and revenue improvement.</li></ul>3. Audit &amp; Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits in coordination with external auditors.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, ROC, and Company Law.</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee timely filing of returns and ensure accurate maintenance of statutory records.</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with government authorities, financial institutions, and auditors as needed.</li></ul>4. Taxation &amp; Legal<ul><li>Oversee direct and indirect taxation including income tax, GST filings, reconciliations, and refunds.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure all compliance deadlines are met and financial practices adhere to legal standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage financial risk, credit control, and ensure adherence to internal policies.</li></ul>5. Cash Flow &amp; Treasury Management<ul><li>Monitor daily cash flow, working capital, and banking transactions.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely vendor payments and efficient fund management.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage banking relationships, overdraft facilities, and funding lines.</li></ul>6. Costing &amp; Inventory Control<ul><li>Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.</li></ul><ul><li>Review and analyze product costing, margin analysis, and inventory valuation.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with operations to minimize wastage and improve supply chain efficiency.</li></ul>7. Team Management &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Lead, train, and supervise the finance and accounts team.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Sales, Procurement, and HR.</li></ul><ul><li>Drive financial discipline and foster a culture of accountability across teams.</li></ul>8. Investor Relations (Preferred)<ul><li>Prepare financial models, business plans, and investor reports.</li></ul><ul><li>Support management in due diligence, fundraising, and strategic financial discussions.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic and professional record.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or related industries.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent command over Tally Prime, MS Excel, and financial analytics tools.</li></ul><ul><li>In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.</li></ul><ul><li>Leadership mindset with integrity, accuracy, and accountability.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Timely closure of books and financial reporting.</li></ul><ul><li>Accuracy and compliance in statutory filings.</li></ul><ul><li>Budget adherence and variance management.</li></ul><ul><li>Cost optimization and working capital efficiency.</li></ul><ul><li>Audit completion without major observations.</li></ul><ul><li>Team development and process improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;447,466.72 - &#8377;1,748,879.97 per yearWork Location: In person
