Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate order dispatches between warehouse, logistics partners, and customers.</li><li>Track daily shipments and proactively update customers and distributors on delivery status.</li><li>Handle customer and distributor queries related to order tracking, delivery timelines, or returns.</li><li>Assist with order processing, documentation, and invoicing.</li><li>Maintain accurate dispatch and stock records in Excel or ERP systems.</li><li>Support warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of goods.</li><li>Communicate effectively with transporters and third-party logistics partners.</li><li>Follow up on pending deliveries, delayed shipments, or replacements.</li><li>Share daily and weekly dispatch reports and MIS updates with management.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain high service standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (any discipline &ndash; Supply Chain, Commerce, or Business preferred).</li><li>Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, or customer support.</li><li>Strong communication and follow-up skills.</li><li>Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.</li><li>Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Customer-first attitude with attention to detail.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow in supply chain and operations management.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to start your career in supply chain and customer experience with a fast-growing FMCG brand.</li><li>Practical exposure to logistics, dispatch, and customer coordination.</li><li>Supportive work culture with learning and growth opportunities.</li><li>Fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional collaboration.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;9,969.41 - &#8377;30,418.91 per monthWork Location: In person
