Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT and blue-collar roles such as:
  • Graphic Designer, Supply chain manager, Social media manager
  • Store / Kitchen Staff
  • Warehouse & Production Staff
  • Delivery / Logistics Personnel
  • Supervisors & Team Leads
  • Source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, contractors, and local vendors.
  • Conduct bulk / mass hiring drives as per business requirements.

2. Screening & Interviews

  • Shortlist candidates based on role fit, experience, and location feasibility.
  • Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and line managers.

3. Offer, Joining & Onboarding

  • Roll out offer letters, explain compensation and policies.
  • Ensure joining formalities, document collection, and onboarding are completed.
  • Track joiners vs no-shows and take corrective action.

4. Vendor & Consultant Coordination

  • Manage recruitment vendors, staffing agencies, and contractors.
  • Ensure quality of hires and adherence to agreed TATs.
  • Validate invoices and maintain recruitment MIS.

5. Background Verification & Documentation

  • Initiate and track background verification (BGV) for new hires.
  • Verify employment, address, and identity documents.
  • Maintain complete employee records as per compliance requirements.

6. Recruitment MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain daily / weekly hiring trackers.
  • Share hiring status, pipeline, and closures with HR and operations.
  • Track hiring costs and vendor performance.

7. Compliance & Policy Adherence

  • Ensure recruitment is aligned with labour laws and internal HR policies.
  • Follow ethical recruitment practices and data confidentiality norms.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of non-IT and blue-collar recruitment
  • Experience with high-volume / bulk hiring
  • Good communication in English + local language
  • Ability to coordinate with operations teams
  • Strong follow-up, documentation, and MIS skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in non-IT and blue-collar hiring
  • Experience in retail / FMCG / food / manufacturing / logistics preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,347.83 - ₹30,445.10 per month

Work Location: In person
