 As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategies, driving market penetration, and enhancing our brand's presence.  Responsibilities:

 Drive the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and experiential activations.

 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across product development, packaging, pricing, and distribution.

 Track and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to drive continuous growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand presence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay on top of industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging marketing strategies to provide innovative recommendations.
 </li>

 Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our brand values and creating a positive brand image both internally and externally.

 Requirements and skills:

 Proven working experience as Marketing Manager or Associate Marketing Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
 </li>
 <li>
 Marketing Strategies &amp; Campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Digital &amp; Social Media Marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Market Research &amp; Consumer Insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Advertising &amp; Activation Campaigns
 </li>

 Potential Backgrounds:

 Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

 3+ years of brand management or marketing experience
 </li>

 Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment

 On-site work: Worli office, 5 days a week &amp; one 3rd Saturday working.
