This role contributes to smooth logistics, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery of services.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Vehicle Coordination</li><li>Schedule and dispatch vehicles for company operations.</li><li>Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption.</li><li>Ensure vehicles are maintained, serviced, and roadworthy.</li><li>Driver Management</li><li>Assign drivers to routes and tasks.</li><li>Maintain driver records (licenses, training, attendance).</li><li>Support compliance with safety and traffic regulations.</li><li>Logistics &amp; Documentation</li><li>Prepare and maintain transport-related documentation (trip sheets, logs, permits).</li><li>Track deliveries and pickups to ensure timely completion.</li><li>Assist in inventory movement and coordination with warehouse teams.</li><li>Communication &amp; Support</li><li>Act as a point of contact between drivers, management, and clients.</li><li>Handle transport-related queries and resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Report delays, accidents, or breakdowns to management.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.</li><li>Support implementation of safety protocols for drivers and vehicles.</li><li>Maintain records for audits and inspections.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Any Graduate</li><li>Prior experience in transport/logistics coordination is an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and transport management software.</li><li>Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.</li></ul>Salary: 10,000 - 15,000per monthJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
