Territory Sales Officer

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Officer who can handle both site supervision and sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing construction sites, coordinating with clients/contractors, and promoting company products/services to generate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site work and construction activities

Ensure quality control and proper execution of civil works

Take measurements and maintain site reports

Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers

Ensure safety standards at the site

Monitor material usage and site progress

Sales & Business Development:

Visit construction sites, contractors, and dealers for product promotion

Generate new leads and develop customer relationships

Achieve monthly sales targets

Explain technical features of products to clients

Prepare quotations and follow up on orders

Provide after-sales support

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering

0-2 years of experience in Sales(Building material)

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Work Location: Shillong

Salary :CTC 22000+ Travelling Allowance + Mobile Allowance

DA + PF+ ESIC + Accidental Insurance

Two wheeler is mandatory.
