TSO / Sales Person – FMCG (Retailyncs Client)

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Salary: PKR 40,000–60,000

Sourcetek is hiring a Territory Sales Officer (TSO) / Sales Person for one of its FMCG clients, Retailyncs. We are looking for energetic and field-focused individuals to handle retail shop visits and drive sales growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit retail outlets daily within the assigned territory
• Promote FMCG products and achieve sales targets
• Take and book orders accurately from shops
• Build strong relationships with shopkeepers and distributors
• Ensure product availability and shelf visibility
• Coordinate with supply and logistics teams
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activity
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
• Implement company sales strategies and promotions

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a TSO, Order Booker, or FMCG Sales Person preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in the field and meet targets
• Knowledge of Lahore retail markets is a plus
