Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and confident Outdoor Sales Executive. This role involves meeting clients on-site, generating leads, building relationships, and converting inquiries into successful projects.This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, understands interiors/furniture, and is driven by targets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Actively generate leads through outdoor visits, networking, and referrals</li><li>Visit residential villas, apartments, offices, and commercial spaces to pitch services</li><li>Identify customer needs and recommend suitable furniture care solutions (sofa repair, polishing, upholstery, etc.)</li><li>Conduct site inspections and coordinate with the operations team for quotations</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, real estate agents, and facility managers</li><li>Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets</li><li>Maintain records of leads, meetings, and conversions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in outdoor/field sales (preferably in furniture, interiors, or home services)</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Presentable and professional demeanor</li><li>Self-motivated and target-driven</li><li>Deep understanding of furniture, upholstery, or interior services is a plus</li><li>UAE driving license preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Furniture or FF&amp;E industry: 3 years (Required)</li><li>outdoor sales: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
