Outdoor Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Outdoor Sales Executive. This role involves meeting clients on-site, generating leads, building relationships, and converting inquiries into successful projects.

This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, understands interiors/furniture, and is driven by targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively generate leads through outdoor visits, networking, and referrals
  • Visit residential villas, apartments, offices, and commercial spaces to pitch services
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable furniture care solutions (sofa repair, polishing, upholstery, etc.)
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate with the operations team for quotations
  • Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, real estate agents, and facility managers
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Maintain records of leads, meetings, and conversions

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outdoor/field sales (preferably in furniture, interiors, or home services)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Presentable and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Deep understanding of furniture, upholstery, or interior services is a plus
  • UAE driving license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Furniture or FF&E industry: 3 years (Required)
  • outdoor sales: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Required)
