We offer HydraFacial services and training will be provided for the right candidate.*Weekend and afternoon availability is a must*Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, high frequency, oxygen infusion, peels and body waxing with precision and care.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on skincare routines and retail products to boost client satisfaction and sales.</li><li>Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to clients&rsquo; needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a comfortable experience.</li><li>Coordinate with all spa employees and management as part of our team effort to go above and beyond.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Collaboration with all team members to provide exceptional service and positive work environment.</li><li>Valid cosmetology license with certification as a licensed esthetician in good standing.</li><li>Proven experience performing microdermabrasion, body waxing, facials, and other skincare procedures.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and product options.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.</li><li>Ability to perform retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products tailored to individual needs.</li><li>Passion for continuous learning about new techniques and industry trends to deliver innovative services.</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>Starting commission of 28% for services with a cap of 33%</li><li>Signature service commission set at 35% (what is your specialty?)</li><li>Set add-on commission of 55%</li><li>Retail commission of 10%</li><li>Cash bonuses, wellness program, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, sick pay, employee discounts, friends and family discounts</li><li>Beautiful work environment</li><li>All products, linens, equipment, scheduling and advertising are provided</li><li>Employee employment (not independent contracting)</li><li>Free parking</li></ul>We&rsquo;re dedicated to fostering an energetic atmosphere that celebrates beauty, wellness, and personal growth&mdash;apply today to become part of our passionate team!Pay: $26.88 - $31.68 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Cosmetology License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
