Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you will play a key role in ensuring guests leave satisfied and eager to return.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options</li><li>Engage with guests warmly, providing outstanding customer service and personalized recommendations</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions</li><li>Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies</li><li>Restock bar supplies regularly while tracking inventory levels to prevent shortages</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery</li><li>Handle cash register operations with accuracy using retail math skills for cashing out customers</li><li>Uphold food safety standards during serving and food handling activities in accordance with industry regulations</li><li>Contribute to a lively atmosphere by supporting nightclub or event-specific activities when required</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred; hospitality or food service experience is essential</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and cashiering tasks</li><li>Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions involving cash handling, retail math, or beverage measurements</li><li>Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus; retail math skills are valuable for inventory management</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments within the food industry or hospitality sector</li><li>Nightclub experience or brewing knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory</li></ul>Join us as a vital part of our team where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
