Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options
• Engage with guests warmly, providing outstanding customer service and personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and policies
• Restock bar supplies regularly while tracking inventory levels to prevent shortages
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle cash register operations with accuracy using retail math skills for cashing out customers
• Uphold food safety standards during serving and food handling activities in accordance with industry regulations
• Contribute to a lively atmosphere by supporting nightclub or event-specific activities when required

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred; hospitality or food service experience is essential
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and cashiering tasks
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions involving cash handling, retail math, or beverage measurements
• Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus; retail math skills are valuable for inventory management
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments within the food industry or hospitality sector
• Nightclub experience or brewing knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
