OverviewWe are a small company seeking an organized and efficient bookkeeper for a temporary 1-3 week position to help us get caught up. After our project is complete, there is potential for this to turn into a regular weekly / monthly bookkeeping gig.Responsibilities:<ul><li>20 - 60 hours estimated to complete this initial project.</li><li>Looking for an individual who will work well in 2 different scenarios:</li><li>50% working directly with the leadership team in a shared-screen scenario to knock out questions quickly and efficiently</li><li>50% working alone without supervision</li><li>Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online.</li><li>Proven track record of accounting projects completed.</li><li>Ability to move quickly and meet deadlines</li><li>Exceptional organization skills and attention to details.</li><li>Flexible hours. Screen-share can be scheduled around your availability, and other hours are completely flexible.</li><li>Have fun.
