Overview

We are a small company seeking an organized and efficient bookkeeper for a temporary 1-3 week position to help us get caught up. After our project is complete, there is potential for this to turn into a regular weekly / monthly bookkeeping gig.

Responsibilities:

• 20 - 60 hours estimated to complete this initial project.
• Looking for an individual who will work well in 2 different scenarios:
• 50% working directly with the leadership team in a shared-screen scenario to knock out questions quickly and efficiently
• 50% working alone without supervision
• Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Proven track record of accounting projects completed.
• Ability to move quickly and meet deadlines
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to details.
• Flexible hours. Screen-share can be scheduled around your availability, and other hours are completely flexible.
• Have fun. Laugh at our corny jokes and have a pleasant time working with a fun team.
